TCS is concentrating on AI-driven automation to boost business efficiency, while Infosys is utilizing its AI platform, Infosys Nia, to deliver personalized customer experiences. Wipro is directing its efforts towards AI-based solutions for sectors such as healthcare, banking, and retail, with the goal of providing more tailored and impactful services. Other firms like HCL Technologies and Tech Mahindra are harnessing AI to drive innovation in areas such as supply chain optimization and product development. This variety in AI strategies highlights the dynamic and competitive landscape of the Indian IT industry as it aims to position itself as a frontrunner in the rapidly changing AI ecosystem.
