The Global Artificial Intelligence Summit & Awards (GAISA) hosted a high-impact session on “AI in Healthcare: Revolutionizing Patient Care and Surgical Procedures”, spotlighting how artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the global healthcare landscape. Industry leaders and medical experts came together to delve into the real-world applications and challenges of AI adoption in clinical environments. Dr. Vishal Gandhi, Founder & CEO of BIORx Venture Advisors, and Shikha Saxena, President of HCL Healthcare, shared insights on overcoming the complex hurdles in implementing AI systems within traditional healthcare infrastructures.
A major focus of the discussion was on the role of AI in enhancing remote patient monitoring, expanding access to quality care, and using predictive analytics to improve outcomes while reducing hospital readmission rates.
