Rezolve.ai, a service desk and workplace automation company, said it expects to reach $50 million in revenue in the next three years, thanks to the planned acquisition of nearly 1,500 clients around the world.
In comparison to the entire year of 2020, the company’s revenues trebled in 2021, and it signed many new clients in December 2021. Despite sporadic office re-openings during two pandemic waves last year, it kept all of its clients.
“We are seeing an accelerating shift in the customer’s preferences from a legacy agent focused ticketing system to a modern employee enablement stack. Rezolve.ai has the most advanced product for this new world and more and more customers are experiencing it every day,” said Saurabh Kumar, CEO at Rezolve.ai
The company, which was founded in 2017 by three alumni of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB) – Saurabh Kumar, Manish Sharma, and Udaya Reddy – competes with companies like Moveworks, Aisera, and Leena.ai in providing an automated employee service and enablement platform. Rezolve.ai is based in California and has offices in Chennai and Dehradun, India, as well as Toronto, Canada.
The company is also doubling down on its expansion plans in India and Europe, with plans to raise its next round of funding by the second quarter of this year. It has received funding from Tri-Valley Ventures, Venture Catalyst, Pentathlon VC, 9Unicorns, SLO Seed, and Sand Hill Angels in two rounds – Seed and Pre-A.
