Technoxian 6.0: Introducing competitions

The All India Council for Robotics and Automation organizes the 6th edition of Technoxian: world robotic Championship from August 21st to 24th, 2022 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, New Delhi. The Championship includes an intriguing list of robotics competitions that excites every robot enthusiast. In this article, let’s have a look at a few fun challenges of technoxian and how to participate in the competition.

Technoxian Maze solver :

The maze solver challenge is a thrilling competition that has attracted a large number of competitors in previous seasons of the Technoxian world robotics championship. Participants must design and build small self-contained robots to navigate the maze in the quickest time possible. The champion will be the robot that arrives at the FINISH tile in the shortest period. The All India Council for Robotics and Automation will present certificates to all participants.

Any available robot kit/material within the stated dimensions can be used to create the self-contained robot. However, when traveling through the maze, the microrobot should not leave any part of its body in the maze. Above all, the micro mouse must not be damaging to the arena. A race clock with optical sensors will be set up in the competition area to keep track of how long each robot takes to solve the maze. Each team is allowed a maximum of three trial runs before the tournament begins.
