The 6th edition of Technoxian- the world’s largest robotic championship organized by All India Council for robotics and automation has been announced by Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State – Science & Technology, Earth Science, Government of India. The Technoxian world robotic championship is flagship tournament by AICRA to empower the interest of young learners in robotics.
The 4 days championship will be commenced on 21 August 2022 at IG Stadium in New Delhi. The new season of Technoxian tournament is expected to be a culminating global event for youngsters and a celebration of science, technology, engineering, and maths for our society as it prepares young learners for a future driven by technology. The championship features 3000+ robot clubs across 51 countries. Technoxian will challenge participating teams in different categories of competition.
“We have been around for a few years now and each we have just grown and grown,” said Rajkumar Sharma, president at all India council for robotics and automation. “I think the great part about technoxian world robotic championship is that we are preparing students for the real world, you know the 21st century pushes for STEM”.
The robotic teams will demonstrate their skills in different areas of technology such as artificial intelligence, robotics, mechanical engineering, computer-aided design, system integration. Any school, college, or university can register and establish a TX RoboClub, and RoboClub members will receive free instructor-led virtual training throughout the year to help them complete various robotics projects. Members also have the option to network with other clubs to share information and technology.
