World Gears Up for Grand Opening of The Global Artificial Intelligence Summit & Awards Today

• The 4th edition of the Global Artificial Intelligence Summit & Awards is to be conducted on the 18th & 19th of January 2024.

• The event brings industry experts and government officials to emphasize the strategic importance of AI.

• GAISA Summit features a gala award ceremony, acknowledging and celebrating the best AI innovations around the year.

The Global Artificial Intelligence Summit & Awards 4.0 is to be officially opened on 18-01-2024, Thursday, gathering AI pioneers, industry executives, decision-makers, government agencies, media, and global societies from around the world for a series of conferences and round table discussions on the future of AI. The two-day Summit, hosted by the All India Council for Robotics & Automation (AICRA), is set to convene more than 50 speakers worldwide and more than 10,000 participants.

A series of discussions & keynote addresses will be made at the Summit, all aimed at advancing the use of AI to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges and improve technological growth in areas such as Robotics & Automation, Healthcare, Defence & Cyber Security, education & agriculture.

Admiral R Hari Kumar, PVSM, AVSM, ADC, Chief of Naval Staff in the presence of other top dignitaries will inaugurate the summit in a grand opening ceremony at the Manekshaw Center, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi. A series of announcements are expected to be made at the event, all aimed at advancing the indigenization of Artificial Intelligence in different sectors of India.

Prominent guest list at the Summit include General Manoj Pande (PVSM, AVSM, VSM, ADC, Chief of the Army Staff),Shri Samir V Kamat (Secretary – Defence R&D,Chairman – DRDO),Air Marshal Ashutosh Dixit(Deputy Chief of the Air Staff),General M U Nair (National Cyber Security Coordinator), General Vinod G. Khandare (PVSM, AVSM, SM, Principal Adviser, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India), Subrata Rakshit (Director, Centre for AI & Robotics (CAIR)).

The summit includes a gala award ceremony to celebrate & recognize the best AI innovations/projects/products brought by corporates/startups/individuals around the year. Awards were distributed across 30 categories and the selection panel consisted of some of the stellar names in India’s AI ecosystems.
