AICRA Established Technology Governance Steering Committee for Tech Startups

All India Council for Robotics & Automation has formed Technology Governance Steering Committee for the tech startup ecosystem of India at 3rd edition of the Global Artificial Intelligence Summit & Awards 2022.

The advisory group in AICRA’s Technology Governance Steering Committee (TGSC) would consider AI growth in tech startups and form strategic plans to promote ethical use of AI within the organization and thereby accelerate our journey towards Atmanirbhar Bharat. AICRA’s TGSC generally meet periodically to discuss each of these aspects and help set or reset, direction.

 

Prof.Sanjeev Manhas (Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engg. IIT Roorkee) has been elected as the Chairperson, Col (Dr.) Inderjeet Singh Barara as Co-Chairperson, Dr. Vashima Shubha as Vice-Chairperson, and Mr.Golok Smili as Co-Vice- Chairperson of the Technology Steering Committee (TGSC).

 

AICRA’s TGSC for tech startups will help to make directional decisions on various technology projects for harnessing ethical AI & act as an advocate for initiatives and projects across the country. Considering the range of functions, AICRA’s Technology Steering Committee (TGSC) is about to provide, it might seem quite clear that they can accelerate toward Atmanirbhar Bharat.
