Alphalogic Techsys will be the first company to move from the BSE Startup Platform to the BSE Mainboard.

Alphalogic Techsys Limited, a Pune-based boutique software consulting firm, is slated to become the first startup to move from the BSE Startup Platform to the BSE Mainboard. The date of the listing is set on December 16, 2021.

In September 2019, Alphalogic Techsys became the first startup to list on the BSE Startup Platform. In August 2019, Alphalogic Techsys Ltd held an initial public offering (ipo) to attract capital.

Alphalogic Techsys’ stock has returned 212 percent to investors since its initial public offering in September 2019. On Tuesday, the shares of Alphalogic Techsys Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 35.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 30.10. A total of 71040 shares were traded during the day.

The Company has said that it will consider a proposal to raise funds through the issuing of equity shares or other securities in one or more permissible forms. In addition, at its meeting on December 17, 2021, the Company will consider increasing its authorised share capital. Alphalogic Techsys is a company that specialises in SAAS, Fintech, AI, and Mobility.

The company is transitioning from the BSE start-up platform to the BSE mainboard, allowing investors to buy and sell even a single share. Until now, an investor who wanted to own shares in this corporation had to purchase a lot of 11,840 shares. Investors can trade a minimum of one share of the company starting December 16.
