The ministry of road transport and Highway on Tuesday declared that the battery-operated electric vehicles will be exempted from paying fees for the issue or renewal of registration certificate. Researchers developed a smart necklace called NeckFace which can continuously track full facial expressions by using infrared cameras to capture images of the chin and face from beneath the neck. The government of India launches a new digital payment method under UPI named e-Rupi.
