China launches campaign to clean up apps
China has announced a 6 months-long campaign to clean up applications that violates consumer rights, cybersecurity and disturbing market order. The campaign was launched on Friday by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The order is part of a wider effort to crack down on tech industries and police use of personal information.
