Logistics startup LoadShare is in advanced talks to raise around $50 million in a Series C financing round from new and existing investors. Curefoods merges with rival Maverix to create cloud-kitchen giant

Curefoods, a cloud kitchen startup, has merged with Maverix, a competitor backed by Accel Partners, Swiggy, and Zephyr.
