New Delhi, 20th July 2022: All-India Council for Robotics and Automation announced the 6th edition of Technoxian – World Robotics Championship Series to be held on August 21st and 22nd, 2022 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, New Delhi. Technoxian Robotic tournament challenges participating teams in different categories of robotic competitions and prepares them for a technology-driven future.
The two-day event will bring together students and mentors from India and other 51 countries to participate in 10 Categories of competitions including Robo Race, Robo Soccer, Robo War, Maze Solver, Drone Challenge, RC Craft Challenge, Water Rocket Challenge, Innovation Challenge, Fastest Line Follower and Hackathon. INR 50,00,000 award money has been announced for different categories.
Technoxian inspires future Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) leaders by engaging them in the excitement of robotics competitions. Teams will use critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills to build a robot with common set of rules.
“This year, TechnoXian National Championship will also be organized in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ghana, Nigeria, and Nepal before Grand Finale in India and by next year National series will be expanded to 25 countries”, stated Rajkumar Sharma, President AICRA. He further added, “TX clubs will be registered in 5000 plus schools and colleges across India by end of 2022 and members of clubs will be prepared to participate in International championships”.
The two-day Championship welcomes visitors without any entry fees so that maximum numbers of aspiring talents get exposure to the latest technology and innovation trends.
