Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw meets Japanese Digital Minister Takuya Hirai to discuss collaboration on the latest technologies

The Union Minister for Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw, recently met with the Japanese Digital Minister, Takuya Hirai, to discuss collaboration on the latest technologies. The meeting took place virtually, with both ministers discussing various areas of mutual interest, including digital technology, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

During the meeting, both ministers emphasized the importance of collaboration between India and Japan to enhance their respective digital capabilities. He also discussed the various measures taken by India to enhance its cybersecurity capabilities and invited Japan to collaborate in this area as well.
