Windows 11 will get updates twice a month: Confirmed Microsoft

Microsoft has announced that they will release new updates for the upcoming Windows 11 every month using the same practices the company has honed with Windows 10.

Microsoft’s post to the Windows IT Pro blog reveals that it would continue to deliver what it had dubbed “quality updates” at least twice each month. The post further confirmed that security updates for windows 10 & windows 11 will be issued on the second Tuesday of every month. Regular updates may appear after the release of security patches. These optional updates contain previews of all non-security fixes scheduled to be released in the final form of the following Patch update.

Microsoft posts all the information of the updates on the Windows release health site for windows 10. Microsoft has said that it will post Windows 11 information on this site as well.
