Lava International Limited has unveiled a new customer care effort aimed specifically towards Agni 5G smartphone users. The service has been called Lava Agni Mitra, and it is being described as the country’s first-of-its-kind service experience.
Lava promises a personal service manager for Agni 5G smartphone customers in the event of a problem with their device under the new initiative. In addition, the company promises to offer Agni users doorstep services, in which Lava service representatives will pick the phone from registered customer addresses and return the device back to them after the necessary service.
Surprisingly, the entire process will be free of charge. If the client prefers to visit one of Lava’s service centres around the country, Agni 5G subscribers will be prioritised in the queue. Lava claims a zero-wait time for customer service calls for Agni customers’ convenience. In brief, the company promises to respond immediately to any questions about the device. Following resolution, personalised comments will be provided.
The company’s latest endeavour is only available to purchasers of the Agni 5G smartphone. Lava Agni 5G was released on November 9, 2021, and is powered by Mediatek’s newest chipset, Dimensity 810. It has a 6.78-inch FHD+ IPS display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a punch hole for the front camera.
The phone has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage capacity. It also has a quad-camera photography arrangement with a 64-megapixel main lens, a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. A 16-megapixel selfie camera is located on the front of the device.
The phone is powered by a 5000mAh battery and supports 30W rapid charging. Other features include a fingerprint sensor on the side, USB Type-C charging, and a 3.5mm headphone port. It has dimensions of 168.8×76.8×9.1 mm and weighs 204 grams.
